Online registration

All registrations for IAS 2017 must be submitted through the online registration form.

You will need a conference profile to enter the registration system. If you already have a conference profile from previous IAS or AIDS conferences you can use the same login details.

Media registration

All media registrations for IAS 2017 must be submitted through the online registration form. You will need a conference profile to enter the registration system. If you already have a conference profile from previous IAS or AIDS conferences you can use the same login details.

To be accredited as media representative, you must submit the supporting documents listed on the Terms & Conditions for Media Representatives page when you register.

Group registration

Group registration is only applicable to the registration of five people or more. The company or organization requesting a group registration must nominate one group representative who will administer the group booking. A conference profile is not required to register a group.

The registration fee structure for group registrations is identical to the structure for individual delegates, which is based on the World Bank Classification.

Group members cannot register accompanying persons online. This can either be done onsite or by contacting the IAS 2017 Registration Department. Click here for more information.
